We have ticketing authority for a number of airlines and can discuss agreements to provide a group promotion code for the airline tickets in order to create convenience for the participants. This is dependent on the amount of people, the airline company policy, and dates. The guests have the option to book through the provided booking code, book their own flights privately, or book individually through our company. All payments will go directly to the airline. 

 

Hotel and Accommodation

We have experience in group hotel bookings and can provide a group booking discount code for participants. Most hotels require a certain number of guests in order to receive a group booking discount. You will be able to book through the provided booking link or be given a discount code. 

 

Food and Refreshments

To ensure your tourist group has an enjoyable time, we can also provide refreshments along with a menu of meals available to each location so that the group can relax without having to worry about finding their next meal in the outdoors. 

 

Itinerary

​

With years of experience in the Canadian Rockies, we can create an itinerary for however many days you'd like filled with different activities, locations and sightseeing. Some memorable locations include Takakkaw Falls, Ember Lake, Banff and Lake Louise. Some notable activities include taking a bus shuttle for sightseeing at Moraine Lake, a walk to Wapta falls or a hike in Johnston Canyon. We also recommend taking the Banff Gondola and Lake Minnewanka cruise.
