Terms and Conditions
General
Purchases are only valid for the scheduled date and time cited in the package that was purchased.
Each package covers the cost for one individual unless otherwise indicated.
Payment
Payment will be made to AN Travel via Interac e-transfer, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by AN Travel.
AN Travel is not responsible for foreign transactions or bank fees incurred on credit cards.
Taxes and fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Please note: Your credit/debit card may be billed in multiple charges totalling the final total price.
By paying, you consent to the disclosure of any personal information to the financial institution, airline, travel agency and or any other related associates that hold the account of the payee to be credited with the debit to the extent that such disclosure of personal information is deemed to be necessary for the authorization of payment. (Please refer to the Privacy Policy below).
Insurance
Travel, medical or/and life insurance is not included in any purchases, unless purchased separately.
No refunds
Packages, transportation services, and/or any other related purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. All sales are final unless otherwise indicated.
Airline Tickets
Airline tickets will be subject to airline policies in terms of refunds, changes, and cancellations. However, all applicable penalties will apply (airline change fee plus the fare difference and travel agency service fee).
Refunds are not permissible for partially used tickets.
Some tickets do not permit changes. For those carriers that allow changes, a change penalty imposed by the carrier/supplier will be charged in addition to an agency service fee.
A minimum cancellation fee of $150.00 per person will be imposed by AN Travel in addition to the airline penalty. Furthermore, failing to show up for a flight without notice is classified as a NO-SHOW and may result in total loss of ticket value without any future credit.
Downgrades to lower fares are not applicable once the ticket has been issued. The supplier providing services for your reservation may impose restrictions concerning your ability to change or modify your reservation.
Should you wish to alter your reservation, please contact our office. AN Travel will apply a handling charge, in addition to applicable taxes, for all reservation alterations.
AN Travel is not liable for any cancellations or delays. It is the traveller’s responsibility to obey the laws of the land, by-laws, or travel restrictions, if any.
AN Travel is not liable for any flight delay(s), cancellation(s), transfer(s), loss of baggage, health, weather, or any travel related expense(s). It is the traveller’s responsibility to obtain visa or any other travel related authorization or requirements, etc. The terms and conditions provided by the airline, travel agency, hotel, rentals, visa authorities, and/or other related associates will be applied.
Transportation
The customer acknowledges and agrees that AN Travel shall not be responsible for any claims or damages incurred by the customer(s), including without limitation deposit or costs incurred by the customer for passenger rooms, meals, or omissions arising from delays due to factors beyond the control of AN Travel and third parties providing services, including delays arising from weather and/or mechanical failure and/or environmental protection performed by the motorcoach. Failure to abide by the itinerary deadlines provided by the motorcoach can result in fines or additional charges and are not the responsibility of our agency. The customer or representative that has purchased the package is responsible for an mess or damage to the transportation vehicle.
Group Tours
Failure to uphold the contract or any extension to services may result in the group or group representative(s) being charged service fees. The group or group representative(s) are responsible for following an itinerary or schedules on their trip and for any late fees initiated by the transportation company because of late participants and boarding/off-boarding. During tours or packages, the group and group representative(s) must follow Canadian National and Provincial laws (for example: fire bans, no graffiti, littering, failure to obtain a permit or parking fees, etc.) and AN Travel is not liable for any fines or charges incurred. It is the group and group representative(s) responsibility to be aware of any laws and regulations established by the Canadian or Provincial government especially during tourist season.
Third Party Services
AN Travel may use third party services to complete and provide services related to purchases made by customers. All purchases will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of the third-party services used by AN Travel. The Customer agrees that AN Travel is not liable for any injuries, loss of life, delay(s), cancellation(s), transfer(s), loss of baggage, health, weather, or any travel related expense(s).

Privacy Policy
Types of information we may collect include your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth or age, contact information, payment card information, guest preferences, special requests, information necessary to facilitate your request, interests you indicate in specific travel and tourism related products, how you interact with our websites and emails, and other information you voluntarily choose to provide.
Why We Ask For Your Information:
We may ask for your information to: (i) book a reservation, flight ticket, package, ticket, featured item, and or to carry out the services you have requested; (ii) process payments and collect sums owed; (iv) provide customer service, obtain your feedback, and track our performance; (v) verify your identity when necessary.
How Your Information Is Collected:
We may collect or receive your information through:
a) Purchases made either through our online buying application or purchases
directed to our travel agents
b) Use of our website and or interactions with our emails.
Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with the following types of entities:

Suppliers, including but not limited to other activity providers, hotels, cruise organizations, car rental agencies, and other travel experience providers who will help fulfil your travel reservations. We share the minimum information necessary to secure a booking and will never transfer your payment card information for such purpose. Information that we share with suppliers to facilitate bookings will be treated by the applicable supplier according to its privacy policy and AN Travel’s Privacy Policy will not apply. We encourage you to review the privacy policies, terms of use, and other policies of any travel supplier whose products and services you may decide to purchase through An Travel. Please note that these suppliers may contact you to obtain additional information to facilitate your reservations or for any other purpose described in their privacy policies and terms of use.

Third-party vendors who provide services or functions on our behalf, including payment processing, customer service and marketing communications. We may also authorize third-party vendors to collect information on our behalf, including, for example, as necessary to operate features of our website.
We also may share your information as reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with laws applicable to our operations; (ii) respond to requests from government authorities; (iii) enforce our rights, defend ourselves, and take other actions to protect our property; (iv) satisfy our record keeping, regulatory, and legal requirements
