Purchased packages and tickets are nonrefundable.
Purchases are only valid for the scheduled date and time that was purchased.
Each package covers the cost for one individual.
AN Travel is not liable for any delays or cancellations.
AN Travel is not responsible for foreign transactions or bank fees incurred on credit cards.
Taxes and fees are subject to change.
Travel, medical and/or other insurances are not included in our packages and must be bought seperately.
The tour participant or guest agrees that AN Travel, nor its employees, or agents shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property.
By paying, you consent to the disclosure of any personal information to the financial institution, airline, travel agency and or any other related associates that hold the account of the payee to be credited with the debit to the extent that such disclosure of personal information is deemed to be necessary for the authorization of payment.

Types of information we may collect include your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth or age, contact information, payment card information, guest preferences, special requests, information necessary to facilitate your request, interests you indicate in specific travel and tourism related products, how you interact with our websites and emails, and other information you voluntarily choose to provide.

We may ask for your information to: (i) book a reservation, flight ticket, package, ticket, featured item, and or to carry out the services you have requested; (ii) process payments and collect sums owed; (iv) provide customer service, obtain your feedback, and track our performance; (v) verify your identity when necessary.

a) Purchases made either through our online buying application or purchases

directed to our travel agents

Suppliers, including but not limited to other activity providers, hotels, cruise organizations, car rental agencies, and other travel experience providers who will help fulfil your travel reservations. We share the minimum information necessary to secure a booking and will never transfer your payment card information for such purpose. Information that we share with suppliers to facilitate bookings will be treated by the applicable supplier according to its privacy policy and AN Travel’s Privacy Policy will not apply. We encourage you to review the privacy policies, terms of use, and other policies of any travel supplier whose products and services you may decide to purchase through An Travel. Please note that these suppliers may contact you to obtain additional information to facilitate your reservations or for any other purpose described in their privacy policies and terms of use.
Third-party vendors who provide services or functions on our behalf, including payment processing, customer service and marketing communications. We may also authorize third-party vendors to collect information on our behalf, including, for example, as necessary to operate features of our website.
